Kenya Kaproret: Kenya Kaproret is somewhat an exception in the large production of tea from these territories. African black teas, for which traditional production processes are still followed, have now become almost a rarity, given that most of the production is now concentrated in broken leaf tea, the typical CTC process. Only in the high-altitude regions of the Kenyan plateau, the whole leaves tea are still worked in the traditional, Orthodox way; the flavor is strong, intense and decisive, but with a good balance of tannins. In the cup the infusion is dark; it is an excellent alternative for lovers of strong and invigorating teas and, of course, it it welcomes a touch of milk.
